I'm very unhappy about his services. He not reliable, unprofessional, he can't handle pressure, In the beginning i requested a quotation, then he gave me an amount of R3500 to draft a business.
I agreed & accepted the quotation then i gave hive all necessary information as he instructed.
After some days while he was busy drafting, he started to feel to much pressure, then he said my project is too big, it needs more time, while he was not doing any research about my business, i was giving him every information.
then he came up with an idea of changing the quotation. I said it's very difficult to work with him because he failed to tell me all his terms in the beginning , now he's feeling too much pressure, then he is thinking of charging more money.
This is totally unacceptable in business, and it's not fair to customers.
He decided to terminated our engagement with immediate effect because i didn't allow him to suck more money as he was planning.
He failed me and waisted my time.

To leave a client unhappy is always unfortunate. My error was accepting to assist the client without an SLA in place. I initiated work In good faith as he was under pressure to deliver a business model quite urgently. His expectations became unreasonable as he wanted time and meetings every day since kick off. I explained that I could not service his needs daily. After a week of similar behaviour, as he was under pressure and pushing me, I completed the business model (1st phase) and decided to part ways without charging the client anything.
