We had our Wedding at Eureka Estate on the 17th of August 2019. It is without a doubt the most spectacular wedding venue! To sum up these past few months, the venue you choose for your wedding counts the most at the end of the day . I contacted Eureka in November 2018 to come and view the venue, first venue we viewed and it was right there and then that we decided THIS IS IT! The utmost effort Mieke and her team put in to help you create the look and feel for your dream wedding is amazing! Never did we stress about anything because we knew Mieke would do the most amazing job with it all and so, seeing it all on the day of our wedding, we were so overwhelmed and words could not express how thankful we were! It exceeded all our expectations. In terms of the service you want for your guests at the wedding, the FOOD, the atmosphere, everything is just spot on perfect and amazing. The team at Eureka is outstanding and they all work so well together and it's pure magic at the end of the day. THANK YOU will never be enough to express how thankful we are to Mieke and the rest of the Eureka Estate team. We surely recommend this as a wedding venue or even a function venue for corporate events. What a stunning estate, perfect conference or wedding venue with a large balcony for canapes, leading into a reception or hall area with 2 large fireplaces on either side of the room, one facing the hall and one facing the bar area. The seating next to the bar is my favourite as it gets the beautiful afternoon sun.There are plenty of aircons in the hall and fully kitted bathrooms. Nice, elegant venue with a beautiful view of the vineyards.Ample space for entertainment or hosting events and the facilities are clean and spacious. Food is tasty.The only downside is the parking area with loose gravel and an incline which may be problematic for older people or those with disabilities. There is only a single lane in and out of the venue so cars have to wait for oncoming traffic.Other than that it is a top notch place. More...

A month ago my now husband and I had the most amazing wedding at Eureka. A more memorable experience we couldn’t have wished for – and the feedback from all guests are still rolling in as one of the best weddings they have ever been too. My husband and I got married at Eureka Estate on 26/01/19. This is the most breathtakingly beautiful venue and we were so happy we chose to get married here. I live in the States and Mieke made it so easy to organize a wedding from abroad. The whole experience was wonderful.The coordination from Mieke and the team was absolutely flawless. This is a gem hidden in the back of the durbanville hills. It is beautiful and very stylish. Only catch when it is windy, it gets very windy, but once you're inside you won't even realize it's blowing outside!
