What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish entails all dishes prepared in a hot kitchen. I love to work with meat, but I also love to work with fresh produce. If I have to choose, I would say any curries and or Leg of lambs
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I first meet with the client to hear what their personal preferences and requirements are. I always like to discuss the menu with the client, and then read their body language when I talk about a specific dish. I like to put a modern twist on old time favorite dishes
What do you love most about your job?
My being there with the client every step of the way in planning of their special event. I like to interact with my clients and also build a relationship with them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Creativity is key in what I do. It is about staying up to date with trends. I love to put myself out there and try new ideas with my creativity. I wanted to start my own company, because I knew this day will never repeat itself. Every day has its own surprises....which makes life so much more exciting for me personally
Why should our clients choose you?
I offer not only a service, but an experience. I support my client in everything they want, but I am also honest when I know something might not work out the way the client wants it to. It is important not to over sell yourself. I make sure the basics are done well, and the rest will fall in place. I do not take on too many events to ensure exclusivity, and I try to offer different products to every event so to ensure the guest receives a unique experience and offering

NO. We are a events and functions venue. We also provide catering to clients which we can deliver.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have limited the number of guests allowed at an event.
Venue is disinfected before and after each event
Sanitizers are available on the tables and in random spots in the venue
I also got trained as a COVID safety instructor/facilitator
Glassware, crockery and cutlery are wrapped and disposable cloth, wrapped napkins are used instead of normal cloth napkins

The venue can seat up to 120 guests, cinema style, and 60 seated around tables. Included is the Herbs Voyeur, serving as a welcome and break-away area with coffee and serving stations, as well as an in-house bar.
Corporate Gatherings
Equistria is ideal for Conferences and regular Team meetings, with its garden view and wide-open spaces, allowing fresh air to enter with the neighing sounds of nearby horses, which creates a calm yet focused atmosphere.
The venue has a Conference room, which can seat up to 120 delegates, cinema style, and 60 seated around tables. Included is the Herbs Voyeur, serving as a welcome and break-away area with coffee and serving stations, as well as an in-house bar.
Retreats and Teambuilding
Equistria are perfectly setup for Retreats, just far enough to get away from the city vibe, yet close enough to travel effortlessly to and from the city. Surrounded by nature and horses, it has wide open spaces which promotes a feeling of relaxation.
The venue has a Conference room for presentations and discussions, as well as the Herbs Voyeur, serving as a dining and break-away area with coffee and serving stations.
