At first, I was extremely fearful of connecting with someone I didn't know. Opening up and bearing your soul to someone other than your closest person / partner is not an easy thing to do. There were plenty of doubts, fears and insecurities that came with the thought of therapy for me but working with Tristan from Daley Counselling is like having a friend to confide in, there’s no pressure and Tristan has that kind soul, warm smile and soft eyes that shines fiercely and brightly for his passion for what he does. He works professionally and takes the utmost care and time devoted in supporting you in all kinds of shape or form of mind state you are in. More...

I was very nervous about seeking counselling for my depression, anxiety, self image and working on a troubled relationship. Tristan was very understanding, we set goals, we tackled each area carefully, we even got my husband to join a session too. Therapy continued for about 2 months, and I already feel more capable of handling these things on my own. More...

Tristan was quick to get in touch with me. Made me feel heard and understood from the very first phone call. We made a booking within 2 minutes. Prices are more affordable than I thought they would be. Actual therapy was very practical, and I was surprised to get such useful solutions More...

Q&As

I love that counselling provides an opportunity for meaningful connection and generous listening - something that has become a scarcity in the world around us. It brings me great joy and satisfaction to get to know my clients, experience through them what they are up against, and journey through towards change together. When my clients have "I can" moments, I cannot help but smile.

People who were close to me were suffering for many years, and found themselves unable to access affordable help. I wanted to change that, by making a business that aims to serve clients and help them achieve their goals, and overcome their obstacles.

I believe that clients should choose whomever they feel comfortable with. If that is me, based on a picture and a few kind words, then I will feel lucky to be able to support them.
I do not see counselling as trying to get 'customers' to come to me for money like the medical field does - I see counselling as having an opportunity to help someone to the point where they no longer need me.

Yes, Daley Counselling services are predominantly in person, but I do conduct sessions over Zoom. This way you are able to pursue therapy in a safe, affordable and convenient way.

We have gone Online! For anyone who does not feel comfortable with a socially-distanced one-on-one meeting, we will definitely feel safe from our homes or offices.

These counselling sessions are held at the Daley Counselling office. These sessions are 45 minutes n duration. During these sessions we will unpack your thoughts and feelings, and explore your wins, losses, concerns and dreams in a way that transforms your thinking and moves you towards meaningful growth - or we will simply talk about whatever is on your mind.
