This will purely depend on the project brief. Each client's requirements vary, thus I will approach each project uniquely, which will dictate the questions that needs to be asked.

After a detailed conversation with the client to establish the brief, I will start the planning phase (including doing some market related research).
Thereafter I will design some initial concept, and submit them to the client for review. This process will then lead me to the direction of the end result, depending on the client feedback.

All relevant information pertaining to the client's requirements, i.e. their needs, what they want, their inspiration for their own ideas, etc, and of course a brief summary of their business or objectives.

I love to be creative and making a client's ideas come to life. The "wow" feedback from my clients is always the goal.

I decided to break out into my own business after working in the retail sector for many years, to focus on my own passion. Having been a 3rd generation photographer for many years too, I saw a gap in the market for setting up new businesses from start to finish, and thus I started doing graphic designing, and many years later I am now the owner of 2 collaborating businesses.

I have many years of experience in the field of designing, and my main clientele are international clients, for whom I work on regular / long term basis.
