Yesterday I called to make a booking at your Spa. I was told that you guys cater for your guests only and not outside residents. What is a shocker is that I use your Spa and restaurants weekly because I am an East Coast resident and all of a sudden just because it's holidays we are now not priotize as customers but guests. I mean come January Crawford will be left with us Cintsa and East London residents. It's such a shame that we are tossed out and less priotized during holiday time as if we are not paying and done a favor. It's so disappointing. More...

We recently had a wonderful midweek stay at Crawfords. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and very attentive to detail. Despite the resort being fairly quiet due to the time of year (winter) , the staff provided a great holiday spirit that made the stay so much more enjoyable and memorable.
