What a pleasant, efficient, eager, reliable, polite young man Vusi is. I found their price reasonable and they did a great job. Very disappointed. Expected a lot since the reviews looked great, but sadly my experience was terrible to be honest. After the first clean, I sent the owner photos of work that was not properly done - they apparently ‘deep clean’ your house, but even I could’ve done a better job in 1/2 the time - tiles against the walls in kitchen were not cleaned properly, walls were not cleaned properly, windows neither and everything was quoted for. What made it worst was the fact that the workers were lying on the grass for more than an hour waiting to be picked up, instead of just walking through the house and making sure they did the job well. However, I was very happy to hear they were prepared to fix their mistake another day, but unfortunately it meant I had to drive all the way again (since I do not live on the property) and lose another day’s work. After the second clean (which was at least much better than the first) I was treated with disrespect and told that I did not make payment in full even after I sent POP of the same amount on the quote. The manager even stopped me in the middle of the road when we were leaving, with cars passing on both sides, and rudely told me in front of my husband that I requested additional work on site - which was not true. I politely told him I will discuss everything over the phone with the owner. The owner also told me I requested additional work, not even listening to my explanation and that I requested everything from day one. They kept on sending me WhatsApps and a new quote, requesting additional money. I sent them the proof that I requested everything to be done since day one, so it was included in my initial quote. All of a sudden their attitudes changed and all I received from the manager was ‘my mistake. we can rest it’. The owner admitted they were in the wrong, which I appreciate. But the way they treated me, even though I was right, is totally unacceptable. I will as a result not make use of their services again, and will also not suggest them to others. More...

My lounge suite and carpets looks like new. My stove is also sparkling.
