About

I have a hunger to become wealthy one day, so I am willing to put the work in to get there and I am always willing to learn. I am a hardworking individual. Hard labor and myself are in the same WhatsApp group. I am currently a 5th and final year student at UCT, so I am doing what I can to earn money while studying towards my degree.

Q&As

I have been a student here in Cape Town for the past 4 years. I have always done hard labor work back at home for a small fee. These works include cleaning yards, washing cars, cleaning a house, walking a dog (but did that for free) and I even painted a few houses before. I have also been involved with replacing a normal garage door once. I have also assisted in putting ceiling for TOPS spar in Cradock in 2018. I also cut hair - I have been doing it for the past 4 years.

It depends on the job. If it comes to cleaning a yard, I can supply my own equipment. Otherwise painting a house or assisting in fixing something I might need to be supplied with equipment if possible for the time being.

I started out in 2021 when I was 20 years old and that is also when my hustle mentality started developing. I am 22 years old now turning 23 in December.

I will be honest in whatever I communicate. If I don't know how to do something, I will not force it. But if I believe I can learn to do it on the job, then that will be guaranteed. My work guarantees that the work will be done effectively and efficiently.

I love the fact that I am young and that I am still full of energy. My body is still in good shape and with that being said, hard labor works goes well with this body of mine. I also find this type of work to be therapeutic in a sense that I get to put my physical body to work. It's sort of like going to the gym, but now you just get paid for going and lifting those weights and moving those arms and legs up and down.

In 2015, when I was still in grade 9. My uncle would wake me up early on a Saturday morning and tell me its time to clean the yard, wash the dishes, work around the house and I would always wake up in a bad mood because as a 14 year old kid having a 7 to 1, it felt like torture. However, my Uncle would always tell me the following: "It's either you clean the yard yourself or you pay someone to do it for you." And that got me thinking as I grew older. All these small things needs to be done, and if I don't want to do it then I must pay someone to do it for me. Now, that's how my mindset changed, I rather get paid to do these things for other people that I enjoy instead of mizing myself the opportunity to make some money.

Because I have what it takes to do the tasks that are given to me. I am determined to finish what I started and I will never give in to failure.

Only remotely as it involves physical labour. I have to be physically present for my services to be delivered.

This information is no longer necessary as we are not within the Covid-19 pandemic anymore.
