I cannot comment on the actual tour we booked as Covid 19 intervened and made sure it did not happen. My review is based on Kabura Travel informing me that I would be entitled to a refund if the tour could not go ahead and providing I give 24 hours notice. I gave several weeks notice in writing but my refund was not forthcoming, despite repeated attempts to communicate with Kabura and requests for the refund. I had great difficulty getting Kabura Travel to correspond with me and was only successful in getting my refund by raising a case with Paypal (payment method used when booking the tour) and then Paypal finding in my favour. Fortunately, I had retained all copies of the few times Kabura did correspond with me and all my attempts to communicate with them. I understand that Covid has had a terrible impact on the vacation industry but Kabura Travel just did not engage with me, proactively or otherwise. More...

My wife and myself had looking for options to celebrate our anniversary along the Garden Route of South africa. We decided to use a local safari tour operator, and upon searching, Kabura Travel came up first, we contacted them and Remondy was amazing and responded promptly to all our requests. Great game drives and sightseeing. Our highlights was villa Afrikana in Knysna and the Robberg Nature Reserve hike in Plettenberg Bay. Thank you Kabura Travel for organizing such a memorable holiday for us.
