What do you love most about your job?
Relieving stress from home movers. Seeing our customers happy while the pressure of moving is taken away from their shoulders.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Ever been standing on the streets looking from right to left for a removal truck that you booked about a month ago and now an hour has passed after the appointment time and there is still no sign or communication from them. Or after unpacking your staff you realize that some of it is missing, scratched or broken? This was my inspiration after my last move. I just realized that most companies lack the basics in moving ie professionalism, care, reliability and affordability. Brightroad Transport Services was birthed in a bid to cover that gape and that's our dedication, motivation and calling.
Why should our clients choose you?
One client asked me how can he trust us that his belongings will be moved safely from Linden to Honeydew. In my response, I advised him to look at our reviews. His response was mind blowing to say the least. He said and I quote "They (the reviews) look too good to be true ". I then tried to talk to him and finally convince him to use our services and see for himself. To cut the long story short, he used us and after 2 days we received a 5 star rating and the best review to date from him. I was so humbled and on the same note I said "Sir you are actually making matters worse" This is evident of the level of expertise we aim and maintain at Brightroad Transport Services. We don't just move property, we move hearts!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The covid pandemic has negatively affected the lives of all people on earth. Even the removal business has not been spared. You can no longer afford to just pick some guys on the streets with a truck and give them access to your space. Your health and that of your loved ones is put at risk with every move. It is from this background that Brightroad Transport Services has taken a stand in educating and conscientising its staff about the virus, preventive measures in private and at work place. All our staff members are required to wear face masks on every move. Every truck is sanitized every morning and any member of the staff showing any symptoms will not be allowed to come to work.
