We mostly use Anydesk or Teamviewer remote access software.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have implemented strict Covid-19 procedures to safeguard our staff. We will only see customers at our offices if very necessary, and by appointment only. We are following all guidelines and protocols. Fortunately most of our services are internet based and can be sold, setup, managed and supported remotely.
