It was professionalism from the day I made a call, stressed because my garden was botched, to say the least, by people who claimed theu were landscapers when they were not. They came to consult and to check the damage. I was promised a 5 star job. I was also told in the event I am not happy with the outcome of their work that they will give me my deposit back.
