The first time I had an opportunity to experience Millie's love and passion for transformation took place years ago in the Raizcorp Supplier Development Entrepreneurship Program.

It was then I came to know about the importance of a "Vision Board" which changed my perspective to life and business completely from that day. Our relationship stands to this day.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked for myself more than I have worked for employers since graduating in the late 80s. I realise that I am a free thinker and one that does not like to be restricted. Often employers take you on for your innovative thinking and then once you are in their employ they stifle the very same innovative thinking

Yes I coach both online and face to face. I basically use whichever means are convenient for my client.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Coaching via zoom, Microsoft teams or by WhatsApp has been one of the best methods to keep my customers safe. I have coached people in Kenya, Ghana, South Korea and here in South Africa applying these methods
