How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
It is probably one of the most important things. Health is determined by your genetics, yes, but also your environment. The food environment (i.e. your diet) can make the major difference between 'unlocking' harmful genetic potential, and keeping it safely at bay.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help people in the simple things...like overcoming meal prep issues, budget constraints, emotional well-being and just being able to give people solid advice, where there is so much information to other-wise soft through.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being a dietician can have so many roles. I love having my own business as I get to explore many different areas within my profession.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am real, I listen, and I do my best to meet you where you're at.
