I'm so glad my and Barbara's paths crossed. Her treatments is amazing. I've been going for reflexology for many years but her treatments is next level. Not just dealing with the normal aspects of reflexology but also on the emotional side. The whole experience is truly life changing. She has helped me understand and deal with certain matters in my life. It feels like I'm finally dealing and letting go of old emotional baggage that I didn't even realised I was carrying around. I would recommend that you try the Holistic Reflexology treatment. It is extremely interesting to discover how your past experiences in life still have certain effects in your current life and how you can change it to improve your future well-being.

I went for my first ever session of reflexology and I am hooked! My second session was the healing full body massage which was more than a 'swedish massage' as it incorporates pressure points. I don't know which of the two treatments to choose as both were excellent! Barbara is a very knowledgable, friendly and caring therapist and she made me feel very comfortable. After both sessions I felt relaxed, centered and mentally stronger. I loved every moment and can't wait for my next session! More...
