What do you love most about your job?
I love helping individuals to build their understanding and skills in dealing effectively with Stress, Anxiety and/or Depression.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to help individuals of all ages to enjoy the best quality of life possible even though they might have experienced significant difficulty during their childhood and/or at some later stage in their life.
Why should our clients choose you?
I offer clients not only a compassionate and caring ear but also many years of experience as well as practical 'tools' that can be used to make necessary changes.

My therapy and counselling services are available online (via Whatsapp video call and Zoom) as well as face-to-face.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During face-to-face consultations masks are worn, sanitiser is provided and a very well ventilated office space is used.
