What do you love most about your job?
The fact that our learners leave our doors with not only good but outstanding grades from their initial ones is a joy to watch. Coming to understand that behind every struggling student is the desire not only to become better but to meet their best self. To see both learners and our team work hard with passion and dedication is a beauty to experience. To mold and polish future doctors ,engineers ,nurses, actuaries, mathematicians ,scientists, artists, IT Specialist and even teachers to mention but just a few in not only ones' heartfelt joy but a fulfilled purpose. What else could one ask for after been given such an opportunity.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When l first engaged in the tutoring field l knew l had found my calling to life existence and the more l tutored the more students requested my help and l could not think of any other way to do what l love and impact more people all over than to connect with other tutors as passionate as me helping students from communities to cities to countrywide with the desire to even broaden nationwide. It is all about impact.

Not only do we tutor but our signed in students receive life coaching sessions from the best experienced by tis l mean students have access to a psychometrist who assist with life coaching. We try to create as much content as they need especially when it comes to career choices and identifying what they would be passionate in pursuing.
We offer resources through our student portal and they can access their recorded sessions whenever they need to.
We makes sure to track their learning progress by creating monthly tests and feedback report which get discussed thoroughly.
Our registered students receive notes, worksheets, quiz questions on every topic of any subject for them to practice.
They have access to the best dedicated tutors who are willing to work and assist even outside of their working hours.
We create platforms of engaging and learning more such as blogs and podcast where highly trained specialists are invited for discussions be it educational struggles ,career guidance ,counselling and try to be very active to raise and address topics that our students struggle with.

We do provide online sessions.
Through recorded zoom meetings, Microsoft teams, and BBB meeting platforms. These vary with what works best for both the learner and the tutor.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Restrict the number of students that come to our premises to create enough social distancing space.
Always advice our tutors and learners to always make sure they have sanitizers and are always wearing masks.
We do screening every time anyone wants to access our premises.
Make sure to always be mindful and knowledgeable about symptoms of Covid-19 and if any has the symptoms we always try to encourage them to communicate and stay at home and isolate.
Tutoring
At Acme we offer different tutoring services. Either one on one, two on one or group classes as well as home tutoring.
