What do you love most about your job?
I love impacting people's lives and seeing their lives change. I love seeing people tap into the best of themselves and having fulfilled lives and careers. I love that I can bring my nearly 30 years of experience and lessons in corporate as well as my experience of changing careers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
So that I could be able to do the work I am passionate about on a full-time basis as well as bring my knowledge to the fore. I believe what I am doing is my calling and it is exciting for me to able to focus on that.

• My approach focuses on partnering with individuals, teams and organisations to have change conversations that lead to successful and fulfilling lives and careers as defined by the client.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am currently offering more online sessions than in-person sessions. If there is a need for in-person sessions Covid-19 protocols are observed - mask, social distancing, sanitising etc
