We compared quotes from a few companies, and Eric from Muktech gave us the lowest and most reasonable price. I saw good online reviews, so even though they might not be the biggest company in Cape Town, I decided to give them a try. True to the reviews, Eric was highly professional and very quick to respond. The equipment provided is all professional, well-known brands. It is normally quite scary looking for an installer because you worry about slow service, poor communication, or hidden costs at the end. I have had two dealing with Muktech Power Projects and found Eric to be an exceptional electrician. His work ethic is fantastic. Provides feedback, keeps his appointments and if he is unable to do so, he lets you know that he will be late or reschedules. With my recent power failure, he has gone out of his way to find the fault, even coming in on a Saturday afternoon, Sunday morning and on Good Friday. One of the best service experiences I have had from anyone for anything. Eric and his team were recommended to me by his customers on our community group for the installation of solar panels, an inverter, and batteries. Their quote was considerably better than any of the other recommended service providers, and our system works beautifully. It is now 2 months after installation, and it continues to work perfectly; we're saving 70% to 80% on our Eskom bill and are oblivious to any electricity outages. Eric's after-sales service is exceptional (including all certifications and approvals), and they also upgraded a few other items around the house. I decided to wait a week after my installation to provide a fair and honest review.
Eric and his team did an excellent job installing 30 panels, 15kW of batteries, and two inverters on my 3-phase system.
The installation is incredibly neat, and even after I made the payment, Eric continued to assist me with minor issues— even on a Sunday!
I highly recommend his services for anyone looking for a professional and reliable installation.

QUOTE AND SITE VISIT: Muktech answered my request and quoted within 20 min. of my posting.Eric came out to view the premises
. He advised me on what was needed, the installation process and maintenance.
INSTALLATIION: The team completed the job within 8 hrs.They worked neatly and Eric was hands on with the installation of the solar panels. I received the CoC after job completion by the electrician.
OVERALL ASSESSMENT OF COMPANY. Muktech, with owner Eric, is trustworthy, efficient and value for money. Eric is extremely knowledgeable about the products and installed an app on my cellphone so that I can monitor the system.
I 100% recommend Muktech to install solar systems.
