Starting with the timing, Dengu team found a way to fit into my schedule, so much that I requested to move out on the 29th in Joburg and move in on the 03rd in Cape Town and they delivered! All my items were in the condition which they collected and Kedie even made suggestions on how certain items should be moved, this also showed me his experience and care for my possessions. I love that I didn’t pay extra for wrapping either, which was bubble wrap or blankets, depending on the item. The customer service is really top tier, he’s very respectful and responsive (when you can’t fully reach him, he apologises and makes time to fully give you his attention). And lastly, Dengu team makes an effort to ensure they meet your moving wishes, I liked that with the quotation stays true they don’t sneak extra costs and they will try their all to ensure to make you happy as their client, without being unrealistic, any adjustments are clearly communicated on the phone and they further put it in writing (shard with you) to help with reference as the single source of truth. I contacted Dengu after realizing that our immigration was going to take far longer than anticipated. Home Affairs have erased my son's ID somehow and we are having an upward battle with them. Due to this, we made the decision to move from an Airbnb to a rental, this meant that we had to purchase furniture for an entire house.

I did most of my shopping on Facebook Marketplace so my furniture was literally all over Joburg. This is where Dengu came in, they offered a fantastic price to move from several areas, including Springs, to Allen's Nek.

With each move, Keddie was attentive, kind, and diligent. I could not have asked for a better partner to move with. Everything went well, although the Springs trip for the lounge suite was in pouring rain and afternoon traffic. It arrived as dry as a Brit's humor. All our personal items from Airbnb were treated with the utmost care and respect, including my children's most prized possessions - their computers.

A few weeks after we moved our fridge broke and Makro could not deliver for several days, during a busy month-end weekend Keddie made the time and fetched the fridge that I had bought and saved my food.

I would recommend Dengu again and again. He is now my person who moves anything I require and I would not use anyone else. I would even wait till he could make the time. We have a great partnership. He is always on time and communicates everything with clarity and commitment.

I have to add I do not do reviews, this is my second in 48 years. To take the time for this for me the service has to be above and beyond some.

I contacted Dengu Solutions to assist me in delivering a diningroom set. We were so impressed with thr degree of respect Dengu staff handled the dining room set that we requested Dengu Solutions to assist us in relocating from Johannesburg to Pretoria. Although very short notice, they jumped to the oppertunity and I could not be more pleased. Yes again all furniture was handeled as if it is made of glass, they were very patient and caring.
