Painting & Decoration - Interior
My rhino lite skimmed ceiling collapsed after a few weeks. The attempted corrections made afterward were untidy, coupled with a bad attitude. My toolbox was stolen and returned once I told him it was sentimental. Delays & rubble not collected as notified. He continues to use images of my home for his social media content as though the job was finished to perfection and it wasn’t. I’ve had to hire multiple contractors to fix the mistakes made. Good day Bark Team. I do understand that the client complained about the Rhinolite that cracked.Firstly I told the client that ceiling is old needs to be replaced before skimming it and she insisted that we should continue she doesn'thave money to replaced the old ceiling. ,Secondly I have a proof that I took out my money again fixed her ceiling I've got Slips of purchased material for her ceiling. I don't know what she is talking about when she says they hired contractors to fix because I myself I went to buy material from my pocket to show that we really sorry about what happened. Which it was not my fault I advised her before. But I took the fault as an honest constructor. As for rubble I told the client that as we ran out of funds since we had to fix her ceiling I have to wait for another clients to pay "it's when I will be able to collect rubble,she Is also lying about spending on the mater" I have all the proof ,I took out more than what she spend from my pocket to fix her ceiling. Our clients should understand that in Construction problems happens and we are willing to fix them and they should stop treating us a big companies we are small companies that's why we doing residential projects. So Bark Team the client is lying and we can't tolerate this kind of behavior because she wanted things to go her way.We have a proof that we fixed her ceiling again from our pocket. ALL THE SLIPS KEPT SAFE AND PICTURES WHERE TAKEN .
