What do you love most about your job?
Giving service to clients.
Knowing that "thank you" means its a client that is sorted out .
What inspired you to start your own business?
Always being in IT from a young age , VOIP became a big part of my life , and when I saw that people got done in by other service providers , it made me angry , as I know that the clients get ripped off . So I started this to try and give the best service at a reasonable cost.
Why should our clients choose you?
Many people promise the moon, the sun , the stars.
I keep it simple , I give you what you need.
If I can't give the proper service I am not going to make promises " Just to keep the person as a client".

Small services can be sorted remotely.
But if the project becomes bigger it will need onsite install and support
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We support and monitor sites remotely , and when we need to be onsite , we keep our distance , sanitizing on regular basis. Also we don't send a tech to site if he/she is sick
