Love this area but they are opening a shopping centre that includes Shoprite as one of the tenants. There are two Shoprite stores less than 2km away so I don’t get this obsession with Shoprite. Couldn’t you just get checkers

Moving here was the worst decision my husband and I ever made. We go days without water, imagine the toilets without water especially when you have kids in the house. "I’m disappointed by the fact that the so-called 'mall' will feature stores like Shoprite and Roots, which will devalue the complex. What’s worse is that the developer is well aware that residents preferred Checkers or Woolworths, not Shoprite. This will be the fourth Shoprite within a 4km radius. We are renting and were planning to buy , this was the best decision based on our unpleasant experience.Nice looking houses , cheap materials used, we are forever fixing things out of our own pockets ( plumbing issues, cracked walls, bad plastering, kitchen cupboards falling apart, kuningi)CSi property management company provides such horrible service you log a call and get a respond 3 months later our agent was Amber Williams (was because we are moving out )Security company is super strict , our kids cannot play freely within the EstateRefuse company doesn't collect any extra items outside the Dustin without a bribe.
