I've been to plenty of weddings and did some tastings while planning ours - most wedding cakes are overpriced and, in the end, not great. Not the case for ours. We did a few flavors of cupcakes, and they were amazing. The guests raved. And yes, we were on a tight budget. We were not one of those couples who spent $30,000 or even $20,000 on their wedding. They offered the best value in terms of cost vs. serving your guests something was not just OK or acceptable, but terrific.

I began in 2006 with a very bad Elmo cake for my youngest son's 1st birthday. I was so proud of it and dropped on the way into the venue. Luckily I had taken a few pics. At times, we have lost potential customers over having low prices as a few people have thought it means our product isn't great. We just don't believe that you should have to get a second mortgage on your house to have the cake of your dreams. We have made hundreds of wedding cakes (and do so annually) but weddings are only a small portion of our business. From walk in treats, to specialty desserts, to occasion cakes, to corporate needs, we do it all!
