And when that happens theres a breakdown in communication, the job gets rushed, and more times than not the customers are not happy and that part really got to me. But the bright side is in a crew of 10 to 15 men on any job site customers would see and feel my passion for quality, the great work I did and just being genuine, many customers and many times they would encourage me to start my own company and I think that's what inspired me the most.
