‘21 Certificate of Excellence

Do you want to reclaim your peace, change old habits, or feel like yourself again? Would you like some help in navigating the internal landscape that drives the thoughts and feelings that you do not directly control? Our sessions will NOT be a cold, academic exercise. I will listen non-judgmentally to your situation, and guide you to a rich pool of inner resources that is already yours, but often tricky to find. Due to limited availability, I am limiting all new cases to the types of situations where I have historically brought the best and most lasting results. Trauma survivors, who are women or men, and specifically women who are dealing with depression, anxiety, or the lasting effects of abandonment or narcissistic abuse. Whether you need help with important life transitions, relationships, anxiety, trauma healing, empowerment, performance blocks, or pain management, we can work together to expand your ability to progress in your most precious goals without being overwhelmed. I work in Salt Lake City, Utah. You can find further information about my practice methods by looking up my profile on the Psychology Today website.

What do you love most about your job?

The art of guiding people to unlock the life-changing power of what is uniquely theirs has become my study and passion, and often, success or failure in unlocking that power will hinge on neurological and physiological realities that are frequently missed, even in therapy with highly intelligent, compassionate therapists. I am continually gratified to find that as people genuinely engage in the process of therapy, they find a virtual well of strength, joy, and hope within themselves that liberates them to heal from past wounds, gracefully tolerate and accept reality, and connect with others compassionately. Whether I'm assisting someone with behavioral/mental health concerns (trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, etc), relationships, sexuality or life coaching/performance enhancement, I enjoy acting as a catalyst and a witness to this convergent, creative, process.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
