The problems that PTSD creates hurts us as individuals, our spouses, our children, our families our jobs and all our friends and loved ones. What would life be if we could stop the pain, stop the problems and finally get a good night’s sleep? If we could work without having outbursts, screaming, taking days off and getting into fights? Or, if we could keep the same job without constantly getting fired or laid off? Is that the dream or could that be the reality – YOU DECIDE! The other area that I specialize in is ADD/HD. I also have ADD/HD so I do know what it is like; to answer questions before the other person does, know what someone is going to say before they say it, can't stay too long at any place - cause I get bored. etc. I work with kids adolescence and adults, helping get through their days and lives. I assist kids who are in school who are not quite making it and their ADD is causing all kinds of problems at home . I also work with adults, who have been through multiple jobs and just don't know why they keep getting fired.
I enjoy watching people resolve their problems! It is wonderful to help someone sleep who hasn't had a full night's sleep in years!

When working in Psychology or helping people get mentally well, you don't do it for the money, cause their isn't a lot of that. You do it, For the personal satisfaction of helping people resolve their issues. In working with PTSD, I am assisting people who have problems caused by traumatic incidents in their lives. Some have fought for our country and have sustained life threatening injuries that they will carry for the rest of their lives. Some, through no fault of their own, have had traumatic injuries due to others people's negligence, some are the product of having witnessed or been involved in crimes against humanity, and some have had trauma's secondary to a loss or problem of others, that they had no control over. I can assist all these people in living their lives again, without the associated pain and emotion of past traumas. Isn't it worth a visit to my office?
