What makes a great website?

No single aspect of marketing is more important than a quality website, your organization’s front door. A “good” website isn’t good enough to break through and convert users into engaged customers and brand ambassadors. What you really need is a great website. Thousands of pre-made templates and themes make creating a website easy—if all you want is a simple, off-the-shelf website that looks professional enough to give the business a basic start. But to differentiate in today’s competitive landscape, you need a website as unique as you are.

What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?

1.- What do you offer and what do you solve?
2.- What are your goals with this project?
3.- Who is your target audience?
4.- What specific features your project should have?
5.- What are your main competitors?
6.- What makes you different from your competitors?
7.- How do you imagine the success of the project?

What do you love most about your job?

Let's take a step back and ask ourselves first: "What do I love to do with web designs, with words?" I like to interact, to know what customers want. And according to Maslow (an American psychologist who is best known for his pyramid of needs, a theory of psychological health based on the satisfaction of needs), everyone has a need to do it. But in addition to my social life, I am happy that my work allows me to put that into practice. I believe in the beauty of things, lines, designs, colors, and in what we express in writing.

What inspired you to start your own business?

The main inspiration for starting my own business is my entrepreneurial spirit. There are also successful people that I looked up to during my life, I have a strong desire to be successful with a much bigger purpose than myself.

Why should our clients choose you?

Everyone wants to be treated well, especially when investing in a significant renovation or expensive product. Companies that are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to customers will build a reputation for their service. If you are focused on your customers, they will feel taken care of and that you are helping them meet their needs or solve their problems. Bad customer service will deter repeat customers and referrals. It will likely result in negative feedback and even bad online reviews. If you want your customers to take care of you with more referrals and more business, you need to treat them well.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

If we provide my services online or remotely. Work-life balance and flexible work was a concept that stood out as more millennials entered the workforce. With the widespread mandatory implementation of remote work, we can now expect policies that promote greater flexibility and balance to be the preference of nearly everyone in the workforce.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

The situation is evolving rapidly, and no one is quite sure what news each day will bring. Customers can empathize with merchants facing a crisis, as long as you communicate with them properly. Let your customers know if you’re closing your doors, changing your hours, and what steps you’re taking to keep your employees and work environment safe and clean. If your store is closing, notify your customers on your social media channels, through email, and on your website. If your store is staying open, describe the steps you’re taking to mitigate risk. Download our customizable flyer that you can fill out and hang for customers to see. Beyond letting customers know the logistics of your approach, give them away to stay connected. Customers spending more time at home will still need to shop for things. Direct consumers to your e-commerce store, take orders over social media, and be prepared for more people to view your website than in previous months.
