We had Glitterbuggie at our son's 1st birthday party and she was amazing! Her facepainting and balloon figures were wonderful! Kids were so so happy and they loved those. She also did a magic show which was very good, I guess little older kids figured out how she was doing those tricks but the younger ones were thoroughly amazed. Lastly, she is such a sweet and kind lady! Highly recommend her!

During my trips to Seattle, this was easily my favorite bar to have stopped at. Decor is elegant/modern but very comfortable. West coast entertainment helped make the Lafayette elementary school spring fling Carnaval a huge success for the students… AND especially the adult volunteers! At the end of the year it’s so hard to recruit volunteers; without West Coast entertainments friendly professional amazing staff I don’t know how we would’ve done it!!! Highly recommend this company!

Event planning really started when I was 19…it was my best friend’s wedding day and everything was going smoothly…. until the very big balloon heart structure mounted above the cake, fell down on to the wedding cake intended for 300 people. Without hesitation, I stepped in and started managing the people who needed to fix the situation. This was a small first step in my direction to becoming an event coordinator.
Over the next 15 years, I coordinated and helped plan a few more weddings, baby showers, wedding showers and MANY, MANY birthday parties. After planning a 1st and 3rd combo birthday party (Frozen and Little Einsteins themed) for some children I was nannying for, I realized BIRTHDAY PARTIES were my absolute favorite parties to plan. Although I will still take the occasional wedding decorations work, I have found coordinating weddings is not where I do my best work.
Inevitably, issues (like the wedding cake smash) always find a way into even the most perfectly planned party. No matter what type of event you are planning and no matter what comes up, my goal is simple, I’m here to ensure you have the best experience possible!
Absolutely! So much of what we discuss and do can be done over the phone or a video chat! We can absolutely provide design services, recommendations, and referrals remotely!
Every event is unique and requires special attention to different details. We will go over everything in the beginning so you are confident that all will go as planned. I love to schedule phone calls since it’s the easiest way to communicate all the details, however I’m more than open to texting and emails which I have found is easier for some people!
We have a very strict sick policy that we make all staff abide by. If anyone shows symptoms while on site, we send them home immediately.
