Now if you're just having a D.J. play some music, (unless they are famous themselves) it's unlikely they will talk about that. But Magic & Mind Reading and how Eddy handles the participates on stage. We offer pre Planning, day-of Directing, DJ and MC, Wedding Ceremony Minister, Wedding Ceremony and Reception Sound and Music, and Lighting services. In order to perform our pre Planning services, during our meeting - we give you a very detailed wedding day questionnaire. We will ask you to fill out this paperwork and return it to us. Upon receiving this paperwork from our couples, we ask to set a time for us to have a phone conference to go over your wedding day vision and desires. We then use all of the information we have collected to create your wedding day screenplay. We use this screenplay to use as our guide to direct everyone involved in your wedding ceremony. As your Director, we will first direct your wedding ceremony rehearsal. We offer two options for your rehearsal. One rehearsal option would be a prior-day rehearsal. The second rehearsal option would be a same-day rehearsal. Usually, you can expect about a 30 to 40 minute rehearsal time. During this rehearsal we ask that all those whom you wish to be a formal part of your ceremony to work with us to physically walk through every step of your ceremony exactly as you would like things to be for the actual ceremony. We continue our Directorial duties during your ceremony. We will gather all those who are supposed to formally walk down the aisle. We then give last minute instructions to everyone and make sure anyone with questions can get an answer and guidance. Then, through to the end of your ceremony - we continue to make sure everything flows exactly as you have envisioned. For your reception, we continue to perform all Directorial duties. We will make sure you and your partner are always aware of the upcoming activity to be performed. We will do anything necessary to make sure things continue to flow smoothly. If needed, we don't mind to pour your champagne, cut and/or serve cake, move chairs and tables, or any other task that would make the event more accommodating for all those in attendance. We will communicate with those who will be participating in special dances, and toasts. We will be sure to keep in communication with all other event service providers and staff to coordinate all activities and to offer help whenever needed. As your DJ and MC (Master of Ceremonies), we apply our 19 years of wedding service experience to try to accommodate all guests with pleasing music choices, and adjust our level of interactivity to fit yours and your guests' needs and preferences. If you want, we will lead guest interactive activities. If you choose to have a cocktail hour, we can offer to provide interactive activities to entertain your guests and for table inviting to line up for your buffet. We pride ourselves in being able to read the demographics and music preferences of those in attendance. You will always have control over what types of music we play and when to perform in a certain way. Our suggestion would be to consider our method we have formed through many years of experience. This method consists of - playing the oldest music, during the earliest part of the reception in order to provide some entertainment for the older guests who usually leave earlier. We then will move through to more current music as the evening goes on. Of course, as your MC we will serve to make your bridal party introduction, announce special dances, and promote guests to participate in group activities. As your ceremony Minister, we will work very personally and closely with you to help you create your dream ceremony. We have a "get to know you" form which goes through questions for yourself and our partner. This form helps us to fully personalize your ceremony and integrate real life, and personal realities into your most important ceremony. If you plan to have your ceremony and reception in separate areas - we will provide two separate sets of audio equipment to provide music and sound for the Minster or Officiant. One of the biggest advantages of having two audio set-ups is we can transition from your ceremony to your reception within just minutes. This eliminates not having music entertainment in the cocktail hour or reception for an extended period of time. Our ceremony set of equipment has the capability of being completely self-powered (batteries). This allows for a more easily versatile placement of equipment - side of a mountain, secluded country, or any un-powered location.
