From the initial consultation, if the budget appears inadequate for the desired program, I will discuss the alternatives and offer suggestions. TCE helped me to understand the process as I was looking at developing a new home on a lot that I owned. Their process and pricing was excellent and met my needs. However, we decided to sell the property vice developing it so was not able to work with them on this project but will consider them for future projects.
