As a Latinx and Asian owned business, we specialize in image creation that gently entices the viewer to enter the scene of their own volition to fill the space rather than becoming overwhelmed by an overabundance of visuals that tangles the viewer mentally. Established in 2012, LACUNA is helmed by Luis and Emily Chavez, a dynamic duo who strive to provide the best products and customer service the media creation industry has to offer in the Southern California and Manhattan marketplace.

I used Justin's photographs for my website, a fundraising consulting practice focused on urban nonprofits. He has a way of capturing a moment before it disappears, and showing people at their best, which appealed to the way I wanted my clients to see my practice. I have also seen his work related to events, and I think he gets great candid shots in party crowds.

Central Park is definitely the place to PEOPLE WATCH. It is truly amazing how quiet it is. Lying in the middle of the hustle and bustle of this large noisy city, you can actually find peace and quiet. I loved just sitting on the bench looking up at the buildings and seeing all the green space in the middle of this concrete jungle. Simply breath taking with the small patches of snow still left from winter. It was awesome the past March.
