Based on your consultation, you will receive a tailored fitness program each MONTH! Each month we will maintain your progression by varying the workout types, rep range, rest time, volume, etc, throughout the duration of the program
With the purchase of a fitness program, you will have contact with our online personal trainers. With any possible obstacle, our trainers are there to help you PUSH through!
Half the battle of exercising is knowing and performing the move correctly. Form is key for not only progression but prevention of injuries as well.
Along with the monthly programs for progression, members will receive a video database in real time and slow motion for overall education on movements. Giving you the greatest sense of confidence each PUSH.
