The secret is to realize that your outward appearance is a reflection of our own health on the inside. By focusing on healing from the inside out, losing body fat and improving muscle tone and performance happens much more naturally

What do you love most about your job?

I love working with motivated individuals who want to improve their health no matter their age or ability level. Many of the people we work with are dealing with chronic pain and disease who have tried traditional allopathic medicine without the success they were hoping for. We help those who feel like they have few options in traditional health care. This really motivates me because that traditional system is much more of a one size fits all approach whereas we work with each person on a much more holistic basis.
