I found Adam in my desperate search to help my 30 years old son with some learning disabilities. My son was getting older and bigger day by day, and I couldn't help him. It wasn't that he was eating junk food since I cook everyday and I tried to cook as healthy as possible to best of my knowledge, but we were not getting any where because he was not exercising, overeating, and attacking the refrigerator late at night, and I couldn't find that motivation for him.
Then one day I found Adam's information while I was searching and I felt connected to him because of his own personal journey. He was almost the same age as my son too. I would have never known the right and fastest track to get to the fitness level I am now. Raffi makes you the center of attention of every workout and has GREAT customer service.  He is very flexible and accommodates for time and schedule shifts for his clients.  He turned fitness into a lifestyle for me; which I couldn't comprehend in the past. But now I learned that you don't do fitness when it's convenient, you do fitness day in and day out; it's a commitment to being the best you can be.  Raffi is a beast in the gym, he takes pride in his expertise and goes all in for himself. This tells me he has passion for what he does for himself.  At the very least, this should imply that he cares about his profession, since it IS a part of his sanctuary.  Other trainers I've worked with in the past on the other hand, not nearly as knowledgeable as Raffi, and not even a close call in comparison to fitness level, walking around on their cell phone, while I finished my set just hangin out watching the guy finish sending his text. Completely unacceptable.  Those didn't take long for me to switch. I have worked with Raffi for 2 years. And I can tell you that the longer you stick around the more you will learn; the guy is a walking fitness encyclopedia!! He has 5 nationally accredited  certifications and holds a B.S. in kinesiology. He talks the talk and walks the walk, if you want someone that REALLY knows what they're doing, contact Raffi. You won't need to talk to anyone else.

This was my first time trying kickboxing and honestly I was quite nervous to begin with. But Nick made it extremely fun and exciting. I've been training with Sid one on one for a little over half a year now. Let me tell you, best personal trainer ever, not only does he listen to your needs and concerns, but he will adjust accordingly to what works for YOU. He takes everything into consideration and will always, always, always, ask what works best for you to get you to your goals. I, no doubt, vouch for Sid 200%. He's been patient with me and has always worked with me even when things don't go as planned. Since March of 2017 till now, Sid has took my squat from 275lbs to 315lbs (40lbs increase), bench from 140lbs to 160lbs (20lbs increase), and deadlift from 285 to 335lbs (50lbs increase). As a strength athlete, he's catered to my needs which also includes my weaknesses. He's taught me so much about mechanics, mobility, and so many more things that have helped me get stronger. Aside from the strength training, he's helped me dropped about 20lbs, in counting, to prepare for an upcoming competition .. in about almost 2 months. He didn't help me maintain my strength at a lower body weight, but actually helped me get even stronger. His training sessions don't include work out plans, but also macros to help meet your goals as well. Not many trainers include that, or they'll charge extra for nutritional advice.To sum it all up, Sid really cares and takes the time to check up on his clients. Even when I'm out of town and can't make it to meet him in person, he adjusts and makes sure I can still get a good workout in, even if I don't have access to the usual equipment. I know he can customize workouts to even do in the park! I have mad respect for Sid, I don't regret hiring him as my trainer/coach. He's always been 100% supportive and helped me with physical strength but helped me improve my mental focus too! Highly recommend him if you're in the area!Also, I used to drive from San Dimas or West Covina to see Sid. San Dimas if I go directly after work, and West Covina if I'm coming from home. I stayed pretty committed to this and I'm glad I did.
