How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I try and make everything as simple as possible. We jump on a phone call to discuss your goals and see if I am the right fit for you. If we decide to work together, you will be emailed forms to fill out and questionnaires. The first session is more so an assessment — Assessing your overall health. Once enough data is collected, I structure an effective custom workout plan/nutrition plan along with anything additional I feel you would benefit from! We work to find the correct scheduled time slot that works for both the client and me. We get to work on your goals and keep data and notes all through the training what isn't measured can not be managed. Then as a team, we stay focused and watch your life change!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Well, it's simple education and experience; these two go hand in hand when it comes to helping others achieve their goals. The trainer has to be experienced in getting people to reach their goals, teaching, and lifestyle coaching. Testimonial speak for themselves! What do you love most about your job?

Every project speaks volume to my purpose in life. When a client texts me and tells me how great they feel and look. When a grandfather can play with his grandkids and not run out of breath, when a client loses so much weight there, confidence goes through the roof so much so that they start to explore life more and seek out things they could not do at one point. When a client tells me that they got off of there prescription blood pressure medication, these are some examples and keep me loving what I do!

What inspired you to start your own business?

They say everyone has a ''calling'' in life, well I find purpose in helping others reach new heights in life through health and fitness. I have had a fascination with the human body and superheroes as a child the seed was planted in me at a young age real young. I mean for a 10-year-old to be googling about health was not reasonable to some. 4-year-old doing sit ups and push ups was just apart of life for this I can thank my father.
