After being married for 15, she, after many attempts, finally found the courage to leave her marriage to a good man and sell her house to create the freedom and happiness she silently desperately wanted to feel every day. The whisper within got louder and louder that she was made for more one day the shift within happened she said, over and over again with tears streaming down her face "I choose me." and truly meant this time. So she made a journey within that released her old identity and discovered her truth and desires. The epic life she lives now is a by-product of the journey within. She now has a healthy relationship with desserts, and She lost almost 50lbs from no longer using food to medicate herself. She followed her dream of being a coach then, started her own coaching business, left her 9-5 job, and now serves her true purpose of helping other women with this journey. She wakes up every day with gratitude and excitement for the life she now lives the women she works with each day. She knows what is truly possible for these women. She continuously invests endless hours into her learning and personal growth journey with a wide range of modalities over the past five years with her lifelong passion for personal development and growth. Stephanie had spent the past two decades as a Design Consultant for home renovations, where she helped her client's visions become their dream home. In many cases, the client's vision was cloudy and unclear. She used her listening skills and asked the right questions, which allowed her intuition to articulate what she believed they desired, yet; she could put their thoughts into words.
