I am a certified coach, offering Life Coaching, Happiness Coaching, Intimacy Coaching, and Life Purpose Coaching. I work individually, as well as in groups with my clients. The group sessions are fun activities, you have the option of not participating in a group if you prefer to stay individual. The first session is a free session, more of a meet and greet. I will send you a questionnaire through email after we speak, and look forward to hearing from you, as soon as possible. I have been a counselor working primarily as an addiction coach for 7 years, and 1 year as a life coach. I am also working toward a family therapy sessions, to come in the future.
