Kirsten Witherell I am blessed to be at a point in my life where I have the ability to do what I love and am passionate about and have an impact on others lives. I attributable this to years of hard work and dedication, my husband, and my belief in quantum physics and the Divine. I started my career in holistic wellness as a licensed massage therapist in 1993. Can't believe it's been so long! Over the years, I added licenses, training and certifications to diversify to have the ability to offer what I consider to be vital- a holistic approach to health (physical and mental), fitness and overall vitality in your life which comes from within. Aside from being a Licensed Massage Therapist, I am also a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician, Reiki Master, Personal Fitness Trainer and Holistic Wellness/Radical Forgiveness Coach, Conscious Aging Facilitator and all around perpetual student/seeker. My greatest joy is helping people achieve their own personal growth, happiness and ability to create a truly fulfilling and joyful life on all levels! Sometimes we just need the right approach to get the ball rolling on achieving our goals and dreams. Scheduling a coaching session or series of sessions can articulate your specific goals and make a concrete plan towards achieving them. It is a process in which we will partner- you will not be alone. I will empower you to take charge of your decisions and actions. I will hold you accountable, but you will reap rich rewards! My intention is not to be Costco or Massage Envy but to provide exceptional services in a mindful way so that the time you have with me is your time.
