I am a former D1 Athlete but my career was cur short due to a back injury which resulted in surgery. This has made me have to change and adjust my lifestyle in major ways. I have also had a lot of other personal things go on through my life I feel that equipped me to be a great coach! I choose to work with women because I like how my clients can relate to me both being female. I love what I do and am so passionate, I hope I can work with clients who are just as passionate about making changes in their lives!
I have always said since I was young that I wanted to help others but I never knew what exactly I wanted to do. When I found this world of health coaching I knew this was the path for me. I have a huge passion for helping women grow and glow bur most importantly make a permanent shift. When clients start to see the changes themselves I know I ma doing my job right.
I HATE working under someone. Not only am I being bossed around, but for not much in return! I not only want the freedom to do what I want with my business, but I also am so much more happy doing things under my own terms.

For something like the Grocery Tour I offer, that would be a little different being done online since we are not in person. But we still do the same things and I make sure to get all the details and information I need.
Everything can be done through Skype now! Every service I offer can be done through online services. Of course meeting with my client would be ideal but Skyping is just as good. I know some clients prefer phone calls and unless a client is extremely uncomfortable with Skyping we can talk through the phone, but its so important to me for me and my client to be able to see one another!
