I went after work at about 5:30PM. I was the only customer in there and was looking at bed frames. They have a large showroom of contemporary/modern furniture and decor. A salesperson greeted me after I had been walking around for a couple of minutes and asked about a bedframe I saw online. Upon describing it he knew exactly what I was talking about and told me they don't have it in their showrooms, but showed me a similar one that I think I like even better. I told him I was just looking today, and that I was going to look around the store to see what else they had. I liked the no pressure environment and was able to walk around without being bothered. Ultimately I didn't buy anything, but in the future I think that I will. They have a large clearance area with a bunch of furniture that's been scuffed or damaged. Some of the pieces in this area I couldn't even find the damage. I like the large showroom, lots of pieces to look at including pieces for dining rooms, bedrooms, living rooms and offices. More...

A beautiful table, everyone loves it. We use it as an office conference table - it’s attractive and sleek, and plenty sturdy. Zuri customer service was professional and lots of help with some delivery requests we had. It’s a very heavy table, though. Either order it with white glove service, where it will be built for you, or have three strong people prepared to accept & assemble it. Once assembled it’s relatively easy to move if necessary. The delivery was a bit slow, two weeks, and the table I ordered came in two parts.THAT BEING SAID. BOTH pieces [the glass table top] AND the table itself were VERY secured in the package, and both materials are VERY DURABLE and sturdy. No defects. So it was definitely worth the wait. I LOVE ZURI. Did a kitchen renovation in August and wanted seven counter stools. Bought one to see if I liked it and loved it. Placed the order for the other six but only two were in stock. Those came right away but unfortunately had to wait 10 weeks for the other four. I never say this, but the ten week wait was so worth it. We ordered 3 bar stools, came in 2 boxes, one of which appeared to be the original manufacturer shipping carton with 2 stools and the other contained one repackaged stool. I took off one star only because delivery was longer than I expected. Every time I checked, their website only said not in stock. When I ordered there was no indication that they did not have the lamps in stock, in fact I expected they would be shipped in a standard time frame. It would be nice to be given an estimated delivery time if for no other reason than to give one confidence regarding a company one is new to. That said, the lamps I ordered I so love, the quality is great as is their price.
