A healthy diet provides you with more energy throughout your day, you can be more productive to do what you want. More importantly, a healthy diet prevents many chronic diseases, such as some cancers.

I am capable of doing many training styles, depending on clients' needs. Such as hyperthrothy, function training, rehab, etc. Also always help clients figure out their obstacles for achieve their goals.

Yes, I do online programming. The online program is like motivating and have ideas about what you doing to keep your body active, and functional. Also, it’s convenient for you can do it everywhere&anytime, with or without equipment based on what you have.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Clean and disinfect high-touch areas frequently (doorknobs, push bars and door handles, light switches, carts and baskets, touchscreens, keyboards, and credit card machines).
Deep clean weekly using EPA-approved disinfectants that meet CDC requirements for use and effectiveness against viruses, bacteria, and airborne and bloodborne pathogens.
Keep sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer in high-traffic spaces (e.g., public and employee entrances, restrooms, and common areas).
Provide alcohol-based hand sanitizers with at least 60% alcohol for cashiers and other employees who cannot leave their workstations to frequently clean their hands.
