I would like to remain Anonymous because I and a current patient but I would just like to tell my experience with Zenith this may be more of a testimony than review but I just want Zenith to know how great they are . Lately I’ve been going through a rough time in my life , I lost my job , my spouse , and to top things off I get into a car wreck . The day of my car wreck I was really on the edge . Things weren’t looking good for me I was already falling into a depression prior to the accident. As I was thinking about just ending it all I get a call from Ms ki ki , I now look at this young lady as my angel . She called at the right time , she was nothing but kind and I know she may get paid to care but most doctors offices when they call you their only concern is to find out if you have insurance or a job to pay then proceed in scheduling if you say yes to both . Ms Kiki asked me how was I doing that may be simple To you reading but at that moment I just needed someone to care and I genuinely felt as if she did . Even though my response to her was a lie , the joy that she gave me I feel as if it gave me hope now this young lady didn’t and still don’t know me from a can of paint and had no idea what she had just called into but her kindness to me saved my life . And the next day was my appointment I get to the office and was greeted with a smile me thinking it was ki ki but it wasn’t , it was another young lady which she was also nice ! But I just wanted to put a face with Ms Ki Ki shortly after I could . She came from the back and spoke instantly. I knew it was her just by her mannerism now I hope I don’t sound like a creep cause I’m not I just want to thank Zenith for saving me that day a lot of people go through things and it end terrible just because they battle it alone . This just shows you the term be nice and kind to people because you never know what they may be going through. Ms Ki Ki continue to be you , you are a great soul and I thank god for placing you in my life when he did .i have no idea who this goes to corporate after I hit submit but please let the zenith inside of Crescent read this message . The whole Zenith staff was friendly and very professional and I was really shocked seeing that 90% of them looked as if they where still in their early 20’s . I’ve only been coming to Zenith for a few days now but my experience has been one of a lifetime even the Dr made me feel welcomed and showed that he cared ! This place has saved my life. When I was at my lowest I was encouraged by my husband to give it a try. 6 months later I'm still going stronger than ever. The entire staff genuinely cares about your well being. Yes, it is a strict at first but, I've become accustomed to eating healthy and exercising. I’ve dealt with TMJ and migraines for the past 5-6 years, after an accident a couple years back, it had gotten even worse. Dr. Gill has been working with me for about a year now and he has helped tremendously with my TMJ. I had been to 4 different chiropractors in the past few years and there was nearly no improvement in my health. Dr Gill changed that for me. I can happily say I feel like myself again! The Doctor's and staff are great Kee-Kee the front desk receptionist is the face of the company very helpful and knowledgeable and cares about your needs and wants to know what she can do to make your day better. I had an injury that caused me unable to write with my hand and barely even walk but after few months of Doctor visits, physical therapy I'm writing again and able to walk better. I have been coming to this clinic for 6 weeks as of today. I was having severe back pain and bilateral knee pain. For the first time in a very long time I have been waking up with absolutely no pain ! I am so glad I started receiving physical therapy and the rehabilitation specialists are extremely knowledgeable and very caring. The staff is great up here and very friendly! They really show concern with your health problems and do everything they can to help you achieve your goals whether it’s for pain or weight loss. Leon is a GREAT trainer and really helps you focus on your weight loss. He pushes you to work hard so that you can get and see the results that you want. Dr. Gill and Dr. Mathis are awesome and they’re adjustments are well worth it. They really help with pain management. When I came across the Zenith website, I was having back pain and could not bend my knees without leaning on a wall for support. I was out of shape and I had stopped feeling excited about life. When I saw they offered chiropractic and weight loss services, I thought I would give it a try. I did not have any expectations going into it. When they explained the program, I thought it sounded good. I figured I had nothing to lose at that point, so why not try it. The staff were wonderful. Always friendly and encouraging. When I lost a few pounds after the first week and was no longer having back pain, I thought, “ok, I can do this”. After 3 months, I have completed the program. I am still pain free. I feel stronger and more flexible. I went from being a couch potato to walking 5 miles 4-5 times a week. I’m happy to say, l lost 30lbs! I tried other diets, and well known programs. Nothing ever worked , until I met Dr. Gill and the staff at Zenith. shortly after labor day, I came in. My weight 280. its now a day after New Years, and I weigh 235!. almost 50 pounds! by following a simple diet layed out by the staff, I was able to lose weight and not feel hungry. They also helped me regain my balance and strengthened my Shoulder, so rotator cuff and labral repair surgery was a breeze, with quick recovery, which they helped me with. Zenith also discovered some other issues in my neck and back, which I was not aware of. They referred my to a specialist and problem resolved. I have become attached to the genuine, caring staff.. For the first time in my life I went to a chiropractor. The fear and stereotyping rumors always had me debating. Having a family member with a bad back and seeing how long it takes for recovery had me even more worried. Your body and how you take care of it truly is what zenith is about and they guide you every step of the way. Dr. G and his staff is with you the entire time explaining his every move and what he is doing next to help improve your body and where you should be at and what is causing the restriction or what you should work on to better you life style. His office has a wealth full of knowledge from physical fitness, nutrition, and much more. When you walk in right away you are welcome with a warm hearted staff member your offered water and a chair that is very comfortable while you wait only a few minutes before seeing the Dr. When you go back the equipment is all new and the office is very clean and professional. Being able to learn the process and have someone guide me has made a impact. I decided to go because I had back pain and ended up learning so much more then what I was anticipating just going in and getting my back popped.... I was referred to Dr. Gill by my Pain Management Dr. I was in so much pain that I felt like crying all the time. After just the first adjustment I could stand up straighter and I felt a "release" of some of the pressure of my daily headaches! This place and the people who work here are saving my life right now. Love the team at Zenith!! I was looking for away to reach my health fitness goals but I needed help! First with accountability then help with some nutritional guidance and I needed to learn stretches that would help relieve tight muscles caused by pushing my body during workouts. The reason I wanted to visit Zenith was I had chronic neck pain for years. I thought this would be my " Old Person Disease" Friday was my 12th visit & I have been pain free for 3 days. I am in my third month of suffering from post concussion syndrome. I've gone to neurologists, MDs, concussion clinics, and hospitals. None of them have helped me as much as I've been helped here. Dr Gill and his staff literally took me from halfway disabled into almost fully functioning again. Not to mention, they did this with no surgery, and no drugs. Don't even bother going to Neurologists for concussions or post concussion other than for them to take a look at your CAT and MRI to see if there is bleeding.
