I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with a dog training program that I feel compelled to share. We entrusted our beloved dog to a four-week training program, for which we paid a significant amount of money ($3,300). Unfortunately, our dog returned home, in our opinion with signs of sedation, and within a day, it was evident that something was seriously wrong. Not only did our dog exhibit no improvement in his behavioral issues, such as excessive barking and aggression towards other dogs, but these problems seemed to have worsened. Our dog never had an accident in his crate and the next day he came back home he peed inside the crate. In my opinion, I believe he spent a lot of time in a crate and learned that behavior. We were promised ongoing support and advice, but when we reached out to the trainer, Rose, for help, she initially offered a follow-up lesson, which was supposed to be part of the contract, not an extra service. However, Rose failed to honor her commitment and did not show up as promised because we shared with her our opinion of noticing signs of sedations the day she brought him back home. Therefore, she decided to break her contract by notifying us that she will not offer any other help after the follow up lesson that she ended up not showing up anyways. Her contract says "follow up lessons will be provided", but unfortunately we didn't get to receive any. In addition to these issues, it's worth noting that the house where they train the dogs and live is extremely dusty. This entire experience has left us deeply frustrated and upset. Entrusting our dog to a professional for training was supposed to be a positive and transformative experience, but it has turned into a regrettable and costly mistake. The lack of results, combined with Rose's unfulfilled promises and unprofessional conduct, is completely unacceptable. I urge anyone considering dog training services to thoroughly research and vet their options to avoid falling victim to in my opinion scams like this one. It's essential to find trainers with a proven track record of success and transparent, honest communication. Our experience serves as a cautionary tale, and I hope others can learn from our unfortunate ordeal. More...

She fearlessly embarked on the challenging journey of working with our anxiety-ridden 2-year-old Corgi, who had been gripped by a pervasive fear of the world. With her guidance, we witnessed remarkable changes, from correcting his habit of incessant pulling during walks using a prong collar and structured routines to instilling newfound confidence in our furry companion.But that's not all. Rosmeri introduced us to the remarkable world of the ecollar, a tool that has profoundly enhanced our communication with our canine companion. While we are still in the process of mastering its use, we cannot overstate our gratitude for Rosmeri's guidance and support on this front.Impressed by her astounding success with Luna, we entrusted Rosmeri with an even more challenging task: addressing the food aggression and fear that had plagued our 3-year-old Chihuahua since a traumatic flight experience. If you need anyone for daycare, boarding, or training. I definitely recommend Zen K9. Rose & Angel are so awesome & helpful, Ghost goes there for all 3 & he loves it, they take such great care of him & have helped me so much as a working dog owner. I've been to so many different doggy daycares, & talked to so many trainers. I love the way Zen K9 does things & feel very comfortable leaving Ghost there with them & trusting their guidance when it comes to training. I do not know how I could've raised my pup without them! They were very sweet, efficient and sounded like they were interested in our fur babies
I spoke with a few that were short with me, like they didn’t care if they got my business or not. I’ll say more after we’re done, I’m sure we are going to be impressed
They quoted a price that was about 1/2 of the rest

Rose is absolutely amazing at what she does! I gave her my rough collie for obedience training so that I could get a break from her as I really needed help. Rose recommended her board and train program for what I was looking for and I can definitely say it was well worth every single penny! Luna came back as a well mannered and obedient dog. She listens to what she is told and is on point with commands. I was so shocked to not only see videos of her but to see her in action with my own eyes. I will be using Rose again in the future for more board and trains with Luna! More...
