This is Zaxby's !! What can I say... great chicken  with some of the best flavored hot wing sauce in the Buisness !!!! The Insane is about as hot as is reasonable and has a great flavor.

I was looking for fast (finger) food during a 15 hour road trip when I saw this restaurant and thought I would give it a try. The speaker at the drive threw was annoyingly muffled and I had to ask the person taking the order to repeat herself several times. The lady at the drive threw was nice and our food came out fast and hot.We ordered the 6 piece chicken finger platter with fries and a sweet tea. The platter came with their own sauce and any extra sauce is $0.25. The chicken fingers had good flavor and were very hot and tender. They were good on thier own and didn't need any sauce, thankfully because I didnt care for their sauce. The fries were hot, but uneventful, and the sweet tea was definately sweet. This is definitely one of the most efficient Zaxby's I've ever been to. I frequent this location for my lunch break... when I tell you that the service is always fast, the people are generally nice, and the food is always hot! I also love this location for a plethora of reasons...1. I typically get an extra sauce (usually .25 cents) any other Zaxby's charges you, but this one doesn't if it's just one extra2. They hire anyone that is willing to work! There's a little guy there that is super nice, ambitious, and an overall good employee with a special condition I'm thinking, and I love to see employers hire people of every background no matter what3. It was my first visit . I have been waiting forever to coming to Zaxby's so I finally I stopped in I got the zak snak box it was delicious and so was the sauce I also liked that the resteraunt was clean not dirty and everyone was busy with customers :-)

Cobb Salad from Zaxby's is so good!  It is a HUGE salad for the price!  It was suppose to come with bacon, but I couldn't find it anywhere on the salad.  It won't stop me from coming back to get this yummy salad.  The lettuce they use for the salad is excellent without a lot of gross piece thrown in.  Service was very good and establishment is very clean.This review is for the rockwell/122nd location.  I accidentally left it on this one. Yum! Never been to a Zaxby's. Really good. Got the Southern TLC sandwich meal. Breaded chicken was crispy crunchy not greasy. Lettuce and tomato very fresh. We stopped in for lunch after church. First I was surprised how clean it restaurant was including the bathrooms. We were promptly greeted by the manager and orders taken, I ordered the Blue Zalad $7. 99 with blackened chicken. I wasn't really expecting a lot but this salad was delicious. Almost more than I could eat.My partner got the chicken finger sandwich meal $6.49. He said it was also delicious and he raved about the crispy fries. He is really picky about fries being crispy so he was a happy camper. He seriously thought about leaving with an order to take home but changed his mind because he was full by the time we finished.Zaxbys has very reasonably priced food and a large amount. Oh Zaxby's, how do I describe thee?  Just like most fast food joints, I have a love/hate relationship with most of them.  Hate the fact your food never ever/not once looks like the pictures on the menu but live the speed and convenience.   And like many chains one restaurant is great while another is a dumpster fire.  This Zaxby's, on this day was great and mostly was due to the super sweet woman who took our order (again, customer interaction is a huge part of how I rate a joint).  Food was standard Zaxby's, well cooked buffaloed fried tenders over a good portioned salad.  The regular Buffaloed Bleu Zalad was just that, regular but always consistent.  The Zensation salad was so-so as well. Definitely could have done without the eggroll but it's part of the package.  A crispy spring roll might play better.  But what don't know.  ;) This location has some entry and exit challenges but is a well kept property. I think I'm becoming the official chicken wing reviewer. I've always seen Zaxby's around but never got to try it. Wings are decent. I'd get them with sauces and dips on the side, because the wings come out crispy hot and not greasy. Although I do love a traditional wet buffalo wing. Sides were good. So I've never been here and we decided on our road trip to check this one out. Overall a very clean place, the staff was very knowledgeable and nice. We got the 5pc buffalo boneless wings and the zestful chicken sandwich. The price is comparable to chic fila. Full meal about $10 a person. The fries are basic and the chicken was crisp and fresh. The food was good and we have no complaints. They do serve your food in nice dishes if you eat in, that's there way of separating themselves from the McDonald's world. So, as a Floridian living in the Tampa Bay Area there are not very many Zaxby's around. My boyfriend lives in Georgia, and I can't pretend like I don't look forward to getting Zaxby's every time I visit him! However, I wanted to find one closer to me, of course! There were a couple Zaxby's closer to me than this one, but the reviews drew me in, and yes, I drove 20+ miles down the interstate for some chicken tenders. And you know what? It was f*****g worth it. First of all, this restaurant is genuinely beautiful inside. There's brick interior, several stylish signs, huge semicircle booths, and it's clean as a whistle. It's like you're going to an actual restaurant, whereas Zaxby's is considered... well, fast food! The food was amazing, as always, but I also just really love Zaxby's. We ordered to dine in and the food came out in less than 5 minutes, hot and fresh, and the sweet girl working apologized for the wait. I was like, girl, what wait? It came out SO quickly. Regardless, top notch customer service AND food. Also, since we had kind of a long drive back home, we both used the bathroom before leaving, and my goodness, the bathrooms were FLAWLESS. We came here for the first time a few nights ago, and are thoroughly pleased. This will be our new go to. Food was delicious, hot and fresh, with good pricing and many options. But what set it apart from the rest was the service. I came with a deaf sister and Autistic child, so there were challenges but the manager Amy came from the kitchen and took care of us. She was patient and really went out of her way to help us with the process. She didn't make them feel as though they were different at all, but instead took the time to find what was right for them and communicate with them in a way they could understand and were happy with. My husband and I heard Zaxby's was doing a buy one get one deal on their Southern TLC Chicken sandwich meal, so since I'd never been to Zaxby's before we decided to stop in for dinner. First of all, I was impressed by the interior! You're really selling the place short if you only go through the drive through. The register and seating areas are done up in a much more design-heavy way than your typical fast food chain, and I thought it had a lot of character.Our service at the register as we ordered the two meals plus a kids meal for our son was very friendly and helpful, as we didn't know our way around the menu, being newbies. Our food came out pretty quickly, and it was hot hot. I thought the presentation was a bit lacking as the sandwich and fries were just floating around the black plastic/styrofoam plate, but I was there to eat not admire art, so not a big deal. The chicken was very tender and juicy and, as I said, hot, and I thought the flavor in the breading was pretty nice, too. The sandwich as a whole was satisfying. A good classic chicken sandwich. As for the fries, they were well-cooked and tasty, but I thought they went a bit overboard on the seasoning myself. It was a good seasoning, but I only needed a sprinkle, and some of the fries were definitely coated. I will say that the kids meal seemed like a great deal to me, and the tenders my son received were nice and plump, too!A positive experience. What's not to love about Zaxbys. The food is always great. Service is a hit or miss but that's a given with fast food restaurants. This location is always clean. My food always comes out fresh. I have no complaints. My fav is the Zaxby's club sandwich combo. It comes with 3 chicken tenders on Texas toast with bacon, cheddar, lettuce and tomatoes. I opt out of the Zaxbys sauce because I'm not a fan of mayonnaise but bbq sauce does the trick! It also comes with some fries and a drink. Very filling.
