How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I sit down with him/her at our first meeting and discuss where the individual is at the moment. From there we create a game plan and walk through it and show the individual that it is achievable with proper training and dedication. I advise to my clients to set a date on the calendar for their goals as it gives them more urgency to meet the goal before the date arrives.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work, dedication and consistency. It is very hard to not make progress towards your goals when you have all 3 things mentioned.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping others and showing them that nothing is impossible. Through fitness one can learn so much about themselves that carry over into their real lives. I've seen it firsthand give people new found confidence to go out and chase their dreams or improve their work, home lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business because I wanted to help others in the setting that I enjoy being in 24/7. I wanted to be my own boss and work for myself.
