I *VERY MUCH* appreciate the excellent Customer Service that I have received 100% of the times when I've had to go inside to get my Packages from the Employees that were manning the Front Desk (since I rent a Private Mailbox there, any packages I have sent to my Mailbox there are held by the Employees in another hidden, publicly-inaccessible room and only retrieved and brought back to the main Customer Area after I signed a release form for each specific package. ..They are *EXTREMELY* courteous, which is almost unheard of when you are also receiving a service that heavily implements great OPSEC in their Package-Handling Operations (meaning that they always check my I.D. before giving me my packages, even though they know me by now, WHICH I LOVE!!! That way I *KNOW* that no one else is taking my Packages home!) More...

What do you love most about your job?
There is something extremely special about seeing someones light turn on. When human beings realize their worth and that ability to ascend the highest mountains is what makes this work so dear to me. This is what makes me love my work, seeing individuals grow beyond their dreams.
What inspired you to start your own business?
For several years I have been told by both friends and strangers that I had the gift of inspiring hope in others. Several of my mentors advised me to take it serious, so here I am in this space giving not just myself, but gaining so much more from those that I encounter.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a lived experience of trial and error, mistakes, hardship that most people can not imagine. Now, as a business success story both in the non-profit sector as well as for-profit, I offer innovative approaches to life. I believe in customizing the needs of others versus cookie cutting services for people in a few packages.
