Yum Dum

Good food. I had the Chicken variety with what appeared to look like kimchi. The fluffy white bread thing...doesnt have much flavor but its probably traditionally meant for texture. The deep fried balls kinda tasted like potato.

Just know that when you order here..it'll likely be fried or deep fried food. But tasty! More...

Omg kimchi fries and pork belly steamed bun. This food truck is fabulous! Flavorful and the kimchi isn't overpowering. If you love kimchi in the traditional sense I would not recommend them, but if you just want to dip your toes in some kimchi I highly recommend it.

Yum Dum is the most unique food truck I have come across in Chicago. The pork belly Baos paired with the riceballs make for a food experience to keep you coming back.

Recently found this truck on Wacker by the Sears Tower and now it is a habit! It's super quick and super good. Love the different coleslaws they put in all of their baos and the sauces you get with them (I think they have pork belly, chicken, fish, and maybe a rotating one - the crispy chicken and pork belly ones are great).
