Super clean, morning staff is awesome. I’m sure the evening staff is as well I just don’t show up at night. Lots of equipment just wish it was set up different. It definitely needs more smith machines for the older guys like me. Haha... I e been to tons of gyms all over the country and a few outta the country, I give it a 10 outta 10... I started working out in November 2019, after a long period of time where I let my body grow flabby with poor eating habits and zero exercise. Got an offer for a 7-days free trial at the Training Zone... Been working out at least three days a week ever since. The staff is always positive. The atmosphere is really awesome and welcoming - coming in with a pretty low body image, I half expected all the fit jocks to look down their noses at me. Instead I found a very pleasant crowd of all ages, weights and body shapes and got nothing but encouragements and motivation. The place is squeaky clean and that's one of the most appealing things for me. As an added value, if you have kids, the Kids Zone is awesome. I pick up my 3.5 y/o daughter from her daycare after I get off work and I can drop her in the Kids Zone while I work out. She loves Miss Lisa and so she provides me with extra motivation to come and work out, because she always wants to go to the gym... :) The price is good too - even when paying a few extra bucks for the Kids Zone.... And last thing, kinda minor but still worth mentioning - wonderful showers with plenty of hot water. It's perfect. More...

I have been a loyal member of the club since it was monster gym. They have recently decided to “rearrange” the equipment in a way that is non conducive to people that come in to lift. I was just told by a female employee that “it is what it is” and proceeded to not want to correct the problem or give feedback. She simply said “it is what it is.” Seems like a good way to treat customers and small business owners who have been recommending this club since the beginning. It is going downhill fast and looks like Iron Works and SYC will be getting a lot more business down the road. If you want to lift lift, ironworks is the place and maybe Training Zones new mantra will be “it is what it is” when they are losing loyal customers left and right. More...

I have a baby that I bring to the Kid Zone. It truly is life saving being able to take her with me and get my me time in the day. My daughter has a blast in there and all the workers are wonderful. It takes the worries away when I drop her off knowing that staff will look out for her, and she will have fun. I am able to get great workouts in, spend the hour on myself, and leave feeling amazing. I recommend training zone their customer service is fantastic when I walk in and out they always have a smile on there face. There trainers are very informative and put your interest in the workout. The gym itself is a calm and great atmosphere. I absolutely love walking into it and the atmosphere makes me super happy and excited I'm doing my workouts and weight loss journey through them. The Grass Valley Training Zone By far is the Best gym around ! I've been to other gyms before, but none of them ever made me look forward to my next workout like The Training Zone does ! It's not just the nice equipment, it's the cool staff like Taylor Morgan and Dakota Irvine. I had been looking for a Gym that has everything I need to keep me motivated. I found training zone in Sept 2019, Although hesitant on taking in the 45 day challenge, I committed and completed it with fabulous results I could see and be proud of. The trainers are awesome. Taylor is very motivating and I enjoy her classes. NorCal takes the thinking out of working out, always planned for you and and I always feel accomplished after. went in tonight the daycare worker was very rude .had very bad attitude. wouldn't let me pick up my brother but let a 16 year old pick up their silbings the day before . complained the whole time .
