Thomas was amazing for our wedding! He was easy to talk to from our initial phone call and asked thoughtful, important questions about our event that showed me his level of professionalism and attention to detail.
On the day of, he went to extraordinary lengths to make sure that names were pronounced correctly, our schedule was followed as best as possible, and that everyone was having a great time. We had a full dance floor the entire night, which was even more impressive considering just how hot it was during that July night heat wave and how many friends and family we have who don't normally dance! He read our crow so well and catered to them spectacularly.
He even arrived early after I accidentally emailed him the wrong start time for our ceremony, rolling with the punches and making our wedding unforgettable.

We hired Your Way for our daughter’s Sweet 16 Party January 12, 2019. I rarely write reviews - but this one was needed because Thomas is masterful at his profession! Feel confident that he knows how to help you plan, presents as a complete professional, and contributes to making your vision of the evening happen. Let’s face it - for this type of event it’s all about the music. He knows his craft and had the entire party of teenagers on the dance floor dancing and singing all night long. When they remember the night, it will be because of that! Thomas went above and beyond coordinating details with the venue staff to make sure our evening was as care free as possible. Choosing Your Way Entertainment for my wedding was one of the best choices I made. What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Being attentive, having experience with a variety of different functions, proper planning, and having a vast knowledge of music are important to a dj's ability to foster an excellent party. A good dj will check his/her ego at the door, respect/execute a client's wishes, read the crowd, and filter requests as appropriate.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
We are all open format djs. This means we have the ability to adapt to any environment that requires music. When it comes to MC work, we can be eloquently vocal as appropriate.
What do you love most about your job?
It's such a great feeling to see other people having a good time. Not to mention the fact that we were a part of a time that folks will remember for years to come.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It has been said that if you love what you do, you never work a day in your life. And we absolutely love what we do. Our vision for dj services did not seem to fit the mold of our competition so we created our own business. We waned to create an organization that put the client first and had a more personal touch.
Why should our clients choose you?
Not all djs are created equally and sometimes going cheap yields a lackluster and frustrating outcome. At the same time, the most expensive dj with the super cool looking equipment can also leave you unfulfilled and with an empty wallet. Unlike doctors, plumbers, or electricians, there is no licensing or certification for djs. As a result there is no guarantee as to how good they will actually be. That's why all of our djs have been through a rigorous training program to ensure they have an extensive knowledge of music from all genres, dj techniques, and customer service. Our djs can adapt to any environment regardless of the music tastes.
We are always professional, we will always arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start time of your event, we dress appropriately, and we always bring back up gear just in case of an accident. We also have djs on call in the event that your dj has an emergency and needs to cancel.
